I got a bunch of free tapes off of Buy Nothing. There are so many tapes. So many.

VHS tapes stacker and lined up from end to end of the photograph. Many different brands of blank tapes are represented.

I choose a third option which admittedly uses VLC and TinyMediaManager as dependencies and doesn't have the ability to play specific content on demand yet and is also a complicated setup and a shameless plug for something I built myself that pretends to be broadcast TV. But it has a bee for a logo.

People today do not understand how much neo-nazi spam was out there on IRC back in the day. Banning them could be like whack-a-mole sometimes. Those people were (not so) quietly recruiting and communicating with each other online long before the average person knew more than AOL keywords.

My friends in high school were profiled for wearing trench coats & combat boots, they took Quake off our shared gaming folder on the network, and forbade us from wearing all black & playing any video games that involved one person shooting another. My malicious compliance was to wear all navy blue.

You could air fry or bake them. If you have a convection oven, you can air fry them in your oven. Baked fries are still pretty good though, just slice the potato up to desired fry thickness. Alternatively you can store and reuse the oil a few times if you fry it.
