I've heard a few people jokingover the years of "Guy Faerie", but I don't think I'd ever seen any depiction of him before! So when I got this commission, I thought it was such a fun idea!

Faerie version of Guy Fieri! He has green faerie wings and a ladel in one hand with a trail of stew swirling around him.

There is just so much that this little guy has! I really want to fine-tune and finish his story, but these things take time. For now, he'll just be a fun OC to write and draw about.

All of Yijun's burdens and troubles often get bottled up, and he ultimately confesses them to his uncle, a Fox demon known for being not so helpful with things, but will listen to Yijun for as long as he needs. It's a strange relationship to say the least, but both of them make it work.

Another funny thing, among his family he's the only one who is cisgender and straight. He had a strange coming-out confession to the family, who supported the confession, though also had to explain that most people are like that.

Yujun is one of those people who can bite into a lemon as if it were an apple, often showing off this feat at family dinners to send his baby cousin into fits of laughter while the adults try not to react.
He's also one of the shortest in his family at 5'3.

Hiding a lot of what bothers him under smiles and laughs, Yijun is always aware of how his family is feeling and tends to go to great lengths to cheer them up. Even if it means being the fool, or even being the sparring dummy for his best friend, a fire Demon. Yijun is not fireproof.

Though even with these abilities, his family is very aware of what he is doing and has pulled him out of fights more than once, thinking he needs saving. As much as this bothers the boy, he understands and accepts the help. He knows he is stronger than everyone gives him credit for.

Yijun is a fun-loving oddball.
Born without powers despite both parents being strong, he forged his own while training with his uncle and became quite a proficient fighter. Able to weave light magic into items, he can manipulate what he needs in a fight.

That is fair! I don't always share much about OCxCanon children OCs (thank you old Fandom culture for making me think Fan Characters were awful when they really aren't) but I adore Yijun! I'm tempted to make him a stand-alone character as well.
I rambled a bit about him yesterday, so fun fact time!

Funny enough, I think I have commissioned art of Helios more than any other of my characters. And I believe every single person has included Goose in the drawings, which I absolutely love. He's always got a friend.
