For folks relating to this, this is called Misophonia. It is a “irrational anger response to things considered minor by others” common ones are chewing (I hate wet mouth sounds), nails tapping, tongue smacking, etc also just cause it says irrational doesn’t mean it’s not real. Hope this helps.
