I think about him fawning over Zohran and his fixation on the Nobel Peace prize in similar ways. He likes big flashy things, a winner, a prize, but he has no consideration for what would serve his interests outside of the shiny object, nor what it would take to win it. I get what you mean, but in my previous job I was in the commercial nuclear waste industry and was one of the many subcontractors at TMI-2 and while the bulk of the fuel has been removed and disposed of, there is still a fair amount of melted fuel that has yet to be disposed of.
