Very powerful and extremely moving. It was heartbreaking to watch him cling to her arm as if to convince himself she was real. I hope he and others are able to find a semblance of peace in their minds

They could have implemented it for 2025 giving pensioners on low income but ineligible for pension credit time to save/adjust their budget.
They could have decreased the amount paid out by 50% 2024 or some other taper to reduce the blow over time
Those just over the PC limit will struggle
