I have these big 19" x 25" sheets of canary yellow Canson® Mi-Teintes® paper that I bought with the intention of quartering & binding into a bespoke sketchbook but that's proven to be too much work for me so now I just rip pieces off like slices of American cheese and sketch on those loose singles 👍🏻
