仕事帰りにモールに寄ったんですが、どんなお店に行っても私の質問に回答する前に「日本語上手ですね！どこで勉強しましたか？」の会話を先に終わらせないと話が進まなかったです。
4回目の「日本語上手ですね」に対して、お礼も言わずに英語でyesと言ってから日本語で話を戻しました。その後八つ当たりに気づいて申し訳なくなりました。
ごめんなさい店員さん、あなたが悪いわけではないです😭
旅行者が日本語喋らずにモールで買い物している分を考えると、日常生活に困らない私は確かに目立つかもしれませんが、自分のサイズにあう靴を買いたかっただけです。

I’m getting really tired of being treated like I’m weird or don’t understand the world when it’s actually the person I’m talking to who hasn’t bothered to double check with google before opening their judgmental mouth.

先日、マネージャーから「もっとレベルが高いタスクを任せたいけど、正直あなたのいないオペレーション現場は不安」と言われて、嬉しかったような残念ような気持ちです。
オペレーション管理はわりと好きなのですが、AIや自動化の進みが少しずつ私の立場に近づいてきてます。
今のうちに自分の仕事を大きく自動化し、削減できた時間でマネージャーからもらう新規オペレーション構築などのMGRレベル管理タスクでさらにレベルアップするのは、私のような人にはありでしょうか。
マネージャーになりたいわけではないのですが、家を買ったばかりですし旦那ちゃんの体調も不安定です。
給料上昇のために頑張りたいなぁ…

I wish all of my coworkers used the financial support we get for studying AI to actually study it and realize the shortcomings of letting a word generator do analysis for you.
I’m tired of watching my coworkers blindly trust the results it spits out for anything outside of organizing or automating.

For the first time in a while work stress got to me.
I think moving stress, some home life stress, and general work stress has impacted my sleep to the point where I’m finding it hard to focus on not being stressed.

Just saw a news post with a list of companies doing RTO and mine was on it.
I didn’t realize that info had made it into public knowledge but it’s not like it was a secret anyway. More than enough employees are mad enough to be spreading it around, anyway.
