Too often, meetings become discussions without action. Today, our Teaching & Learning Committee took a different approach. Instead of a long debate, we split into three subcommittees to tackle key decisions around our reporting and assessment policy.

A2. I encourage our teachers to let students drive learning conversations in PTI's, asking them to explain their learning, challenges, and progress. But in practice, teachers still do most of the talking, and parents often seem to prefer hearing from them. #EduSkyAU
