i have multiple saves this time, so i didn't get save locked like i did as a kid (managed eventually on that same save but STILL HAHA), also this game is much nicer and let's you leave in case you did.

so i have finally hit the fight i got stuck at on the ps1. the guy has 11 speed on tactician (hard) mode so i can't outrun him like i used to, hahahaha. also i forgot to use up my hi-potions prior, so at the moment i can't survive two turns consistently. i haven't given up on this save yet though!!!

as a fanartist i will gladly bear the full burden of his dummy thick weight on my feeble shoulders (but curb your expectations it will likely end up a pretty relatively modest representation of ramza butt because that's how i roll. however. but.)

my summoner has crashed the game twice. an enemy summoer has crashed the game once. pleasantly surprised but also amused that there are in-battle quick saves to deal with it. i'm sure they're aware of the bug but couldn't fix it in time. i see you, workaround...and i understand deeply hahaha /fft

the hardest part of FFT hard mode is training any weaker characters because counters regularly take out 50-75% of a unit's HP and i'm like stop?? that's the squishy squire baby?? but it's not that bad so far imo, although i haven't played That One Battle i got REALLY stuck on all those years ago...

glad the astrology stuff (that i never bothered to fully grasp ehe) is no longer dependent on gender, but i also kind of wish the charm skill was not gendered so then every battle with anyone using thief skills would devolve into utter mayhem. also look jungdok is here too teeheehee /fft
