Sue and I bundled up to take the dogs on a quick walk (the feels-like temp is -14). The dogs, who absolutely refuse to wear coats, were unfazed and acted like it was a just a regular day. Their fur wasn't even cold when we got home, but I was freezing even under all the layers.

We have 28 windows with wooden blinds in our house. I dusted every. damn. one of them during this break.

I'm seeing FB memories from 15 years ago about how I had dozens of cookies made and all my Christmas cards in the mail. Now that I'm older and have less energy, do you know what I say to my younger self? STFU!

We finally saw Wicked, and I loved it. But whoever did the cinematography clearly doesn't have issues with motion sickness. Still feeling a little dizzy. But still want to see it again.

Still disappointed, but at least I know why she had cancel. Wishing Pink all the best. We'll catch her next time.

Makes me sad re-reading this amazing letter from ex-Watergate Special Prosecutor Archibald Cox sent to high school seniors in 1994 after they asked him “What should Americans learn from Watergate?” 20 years later in ‘94.

His answer is remarkable—unfortunately things didn’t work out so well in 2024.

The grading is slow going today.

I got my Holly flash drive from Goldenrod (yay Goldenrod!) but don't know how to get my computer to play every song automatically. I have to hit "play" after each one. (boo technology!)

We had tickets for Pink's Milwaukee performance that was postponed. Found out today it's been cancelled. So disappointed.

"Matlock" and "Elsbeth" weren't on tonight and "Ghosts" was a repeat. No fair.
