Super Typhoon #ManYi / #PepitoPH recently made its 2ND landfall over Dipaculao, Aurora and continues to bring violent conditions over the surrounding area. It maintains its northwestward movement as Wind Signal #5 remains over Aurora, Quirino, and Nueva Vizcaya.

An eyewall replacement cycle (ERC) may soon occur, which could further weaken Man-yi/Pepito. Though this may seem good at first, it may actually expand the radius of the storm, and may worsen its impact for Luzon. Regardlress, please prepare NOW and be advised.

23W/11a had recently intensified into a tropical storm and entered PAR, therefore being given the names #Yinxing and #MarcePH. It is still expected to further intensify into a typhoon as it approaches the northern Philippines, though a landfall is still uncertain. Keep watch!
