Treating employees fairly and equally is always a successful model. I can't wrap my head around companies that are ok with high turnover. It costs way more to post a job, interview, onboard, and train than to retain an employee.

It is easy to excel when you are the heir to the Penske Corporation (moving trucks). Jay Penske is a nepo baby. I'd own all that too if my daddy was a multi-millionaire.
