Added my new PT job to my FB. ✊🏼
Started New Job at United States Electorate January - Consultant to Elected Representatives Working on a part-time basis nearly every day, | spend a few minutes researching a current issue I care about. Then I call my elected officials (who work for me), and advise them on how they can best advocate for and vote in the interest of the collective health and safety of their constituents.

A #caturday photo I actually took Friday night, when Nakia joined us to watch the incredible animated movie “Flow” (a Golden Globe winner). I highly recommend it! It’s available to rent or buy on several streamers (Apple, Prime, etc.) It’s a foreign film, but there’s no dialogue (just animals).

Update from my brother-in-law re the kitten they brought home to Colorado from Indiana. 😄 She’s settling in well. They named her Scandal. She also recently discovered how fun deep snow can be (after initially being confused when she sunk right in).

While out running here in Indy, my sis-in-law found this sweet little kitty (or the kitty found her ...). Anyway, no chip. Got some meds from vet for her GI problems. She’s flying to CO with my SIL & her hubs tomorrow. She picked the right humans! 🥰🥰

I may be obsessed with the Grinch (the OG 1966 TV Grinch—not the movies.)

priscillawrites 16h Since the Wicked premiere was last night, I think now is a good time to remind everyone that Wicked is a story about a weak man gaslighting an entire land into believing a woman was their enemy, all because she had the guts to try to stop him from him silencing and stripping the rights of a significant part of the population. I don’t think that’s an option yet, but many have asked for it. So I’m guessing it will be added at some point. But there is an option under Moderation where you can toggle on a feature to discourage apps from showing your account to people not on Bluesky.
