In Canada, women who score over 20%-25% (varies by jurisdiction) on the IBIS risk calculator are able to get screening MRIs along with a mammogram. We do not have to be symptomatic to receive the MRI, and it is paid for by our healthcare system.

In this case, it is truly screening v detection.

I made a cheeky to some who said the vaccine was killing people. My response was my prognosis had my death ~Feb 2021/2022. I’m still alive, therefore, based on their logic, the COVID-19 vaccine saved my life.

This is intriguing because I’m on two immunotherapies. :)
