FERPA allows sharing with another school when a student is transferring/enrolling there, but does not permit the disclosure of personally identifiable information without parental consent.

This rule by the State of Florida is in violation of Federal Laws.

Established science has already proven this false for decades. The battle against Fluoride is a decades long battle rooted in post WWII and Cold War fear mongering.

50th in the nation in teacher pay. We would rather try to run 3 imperfect systems of education (public, charter, and vouchers) than one perfect one.

This is false. Fluoride is a naturally occurring mineral, not a drug, and side effects occur if taken in large quantities, not at the .7 mg / liter of water Miami is at.
