Preventing equal access to education and employment is class warfare. Forget your isms.
Lack of access to edication limits the hiring pool in highly skilled careers. (You keep saying you want the best as pilots, doctors, etc…most times the best is not a legacy trust fund recipient)
Public funding is necessary to maintain higher education at a competitive and beneficial level.

Strictly publicly funded institutions have no choice but to rely on donations, endowments, and hefty tuitions to continue.
This will severely limit access to education for lower and middle class citizens which in turn prevents access to higher paying jobs and upward mobility.
