Can't recommend it more, and Reykavik is a pretty short flight from NYC. We did a four-day trip around Christmas-time in 2021 and it was fantastic. Also one of their Christmas traditions is a giant cat that eats kids if they don't get clothes for Christmas.

Totally! Least believable thing in that whole film is the news media reversing course on Lex after the Daily Planet's story. Gotta be at least a handful of major networks writing the "Lex is a traitor. Here's why that's bad news for Superman..." thinkpiece.

So hard to pick just one film, because the magic of the Infinity Saga was that we'd never had serialized films at that scale! I think that's why Endgame stands out: so many pay-offs for people who had invested their time/attention over two dozen films.

Yep - it'd be something like Lander leapfrogging Mamdani in the penultimate round because a high percentage of voters who rank Adams/Stringer/Blake/Myrie rank Lander higher than Mamdani. Seems unlikely, but Maya Wiley was running ahead of Kathryn Garcia until Round 7 last time.
