Feeds are created in Skyfeed (a different app). It is my understanding that you need to know some programming to create feeds.

The emotions listed as lower vibrations are difficult to experience and hold. I suppose that's why our default reaction is to be scared of them and try to avoid them. It's not the right course of action, but we've all been there. It's good that you're raising awareness.
