Rs currently don't have a viable replacement plan, yet an immediate fix is needed.
Why not extend the subsidies for at least one year - meanwhile, Congress can work on a bipartisan healthcare plan.
It's called negotiating; seems legislators forgot how to do it.

Plenty of $$ to send soldiers/sailors/pilots into harms way, but not enough to rectify that harm.
