Mr Blocky has been busy. So it seems that when he asked for the letter before action he definitely didn’t want to see the resulting apology for defamation.

Yes @mattlodder.com Maya did indeed send you a letter, after you accused her of a “sustained campaign of bullying” & implied that was a finding of Judge Tayler & her employer. That was not true & you apologised. Freedom of speech is not freedom to defame.
