This is so true. It is not that they mean to, I think they are just struggeling because it makes them think about their own mortality. And the fact they can also get really sick.
People are weird about cancer, and when you are a cancer patient, people are weird about you. Lots of cancer muggles cannot deal directly with visible signs of sickness or other.
(Or maybe they think it’s polite to avert their eyes idk.)
