What's helping you cope in this wild time? I'm doing some local volunteering & subscribed to a few newsletters with local actions. And taking care of myself with hurkle-durkling, connecting with friends/family, watching comedies to make me laugh, exercise, massages, and stepping back from the news.

I took this picture during the first Women's March in Chicago in 2017 and I currently have this hanging in my office as a reminder that together, we do indeed slay. I need to be reminded that there are communities that slay, and will continue to do so for equality in these trying times.

taking this great advice to get me thru the next 4 years and thought, fuck it, why not make it permanent.
