Has anyone looked at the GSA website lately? It seems now to be a marketplace for selling government properties. I don't remember it doing that before.

@mcuban.bsky.social, I applaud your work. I propose we incentivize providers for the impact they have in keeping patients out of that ~ 5% of patients who account for over 80% of system costs. Providers tell me that they would go bankrupt if they reversed chronic conditions, which we can do.
