when I say my game is a visual novel, I mean it, like, 90% of the story mode is literally just reading, most chapters don't have playable fights in them lol

Yeah, I realized that it's probably better to have something inside arcade mode to help people who are struggling, instead of having them lose progress by exiting to the main menu and lowering the difficulty

Yeah, that's what I decided too, instead, it will reduce the score you gain in the next round to that of the difficulty level one lower than your current one
