I love this idea, which I learnt about when Nesin won the Leelavati Prize in 2018: www.mathunion.org/imu-awards/l... It’s fair to say the mathematical villages in Australia pop up in multiple places with events held at different times, but are not in one marvellous place like the one by Nesin.
