PC Gamer have printed their Top 100 list for 2025. A few odd choices in the top 25 this year (Dwarf Fortress, Caves of Qud, Planescape: Torment)! So I thought I'd have a crack at my own list.

Just finished Mission: Impossible 8. Tom Cruise versus the Armageddon! Non-stop intensity, full-throttle action, and wow… the crowd actually applauded the film in a British cinema. That’s how you know it delivered. Bravo, indeed.

Just watched Guy Ritchie’s Fountain of Youth. Cracking cast, fun ride, utterly disposable in the best way. Not every film needs to change your life—some just need to make your night. Two thumbs up 👍👍
