Got a whole page form for a recent hospital appointment.
Took it with me, but the receptionists were not taking them from any patients as they were booked in !
This was for a 'new' patient appointment. For recent repeat appointments at this and other hospitals I've had nothing similar.

Our two used to cycle "Eat, Sleep, Rave, Repeat" all day, and not always in sync!
I do miss them, but they were exhausting.

I recall the wing mirrors on early minis were optional Lucas parts. Certainly my parents first two minis did not have them at all.
So he could have completely left them off !
Many bits of the original mini were 'optional extras' like seat belts and even the passenger seat in the vans!
