Sadly, it’s not widely known that cognitive/fight or flight treatment interventions exist and are quite successful: ART&EMDR

We need to do better reaching those who don’t know effective treatment exists!

Interesting article touching on a common problem response many have to sleeping problems... try to sleep longer. This can actually worsen the issue. Working with a behavioral sleep specialist (we really exist) can help straighten things out!
