The file directory for the same mod for the sims is three file clicks on windows. I was making a joke based on that. Also, the fact that you have to do commands to install apps or plugins sometimes is inherently harder. I genuinely do not like windows but Linux is more complex by default

This. While I think they definitely need to work on fixing their file directory and how it works, I think it also is phenomenonal and leagues better than windows

I'm more talking about stuff that's not on flatpack, like mods and stuff. Genuinely not kidding about having to factory reset my stuff cause of moving one file to the left cause I thought it was just in the wrong place cause I had been moving stuff to install mods

Bro in order to get a basic script mod on the sims, which has a built in mod folder, the path to get to it is so fucking long is crazy

All the best Linux software is called similar things but takes like way more effort to install for no reason other than the file directory is ridiculous.
