I revisited Lars Von Trier's Melancholia last night and it gave me a strange sense of calm. The idea of Earth being destroyed by another massive planet seemed like a satisfactory alternative to current events. At this point, I feel like it would be a beautiful way to go.

I truly don't know why anyone thinks that business as usual is going to work this time. This administration does not acknowledge the constitution nor the rule of law. The courts are stacked in their favor. Simply stated, revolution is ugly but NECESSARY.
