AGREE. Dismantle DHS and return some components back to where they used to be. DHS was a bad post-911 solution to a comms problem. Give customs & border security mission to the US Coast Guard and raise immigration services as a priority for FIXING vs a means for implementing gov’t brutality.

And ironically… the MAGA nutbags who so staunchly defend their second ammendment right to bear arms against what they so often decry as a possible government breach of their right are the same nutbags who staunchly support ICE’s breach of people’s rights. Hypocracy at its finest.

A draconian survival of the fittest strategy.
~ 40% of Americans experience serious medical issues that result in significant debt. Our government’s idea to dangle low monthly insurance premiums but with extreme deductibles essentially forces people to gamble that they won’t be part of that 40%.
