The difference between a quality, compassionate, and sincere healing facilitator and a self-absorbed "guru" who's only about themselves is all in the language.
They aren't comfortable using real words that make sense. This is to disguise their lack of experience or applicable education.

Let’s start normalizing accountability. Deflection & Projection are nasty little habits to get into. It's hard to get out of this habit too, because it works like a charm when you're trying to avoid feelings of genuine guilt & shame.

A Narcissistic Society has conditioned us to have no patience for our own healing journey. Give yourself some time to get over a relationship. That doesn't magically get better over night. Your wounded parts are entitled to their own healing journey.
