All those posts really do is make me feel worse about my work. I've been on and off for years with my project because I can't reach the "make it good" for ANYTHING in it.

I took a break for myself this week, so all I really did was jot down parts of various scenes that might come up in my game. Although, some of what I made really was just for fun and relaxation!

Good that they are trying to fix what they can. Not easy to juggle all this at once. Mind you, I still expect that powers above will continue abusing Itch as much as they can. Makes me wary to defend them too much going forward because I still think platforms have some room for fault here, too.

In my case, the issues on Itch directly affect me. I'm among the devs who are/were censored in some fashion. So it's easier to speak on their issues when I have experience with them.

I'll be sure to try it once it's available!

The reason my sfw game is getting slammed behind an 18+ wall is because other people sometimes use it as a tag for nsfw content? What other 'Surprise! We're gonna call your content porn' tags are there? Is there a list? Is that why the LGBTQ stuff is getting hit too?

Also, I hope that your coverage of my issues haven't tacked on extra problems for you. I'm not trying to bullshit anyone with my posts. The fact is that I have been deindexed for a while and just today became discoverable again.
It's not even like I've gained much from saying "my game's hidden"!

The early stages of my game started around 2021. Back then all I really saw about Itch was "this is where indie games go." I should've done more research then, and before I uploaded work there again more recently. Development hell has left me out of the loop when it comes to platforms.

Not only is Vivi flawed in its design but Cauldron itself is a combo machine. Cauldron wasn't exactly AWFUL before but now it has a cracked enough card to play with.
But Vivi's design is the real issue. Dorks in Izzet almost always have a restriction on how to spend the mana. Why doesn't Vivi?

I've had that around since the start, yeah. While not all of those are necessarily in the demo, they do come up later in-game, so I wanted to make those clear *now* for any potential followers.
But even the full game won't be pornographic. Sexuality just happens to be a significant theme.
