I agree that the lower courts should be screaming about what is going on and what SCOTUS is rubber-stamping. I'm just unsure if SCOTUS will care.

I'm not sure how much difference it makes that these courts are saying that when the head of the Judiciary SCOTUS is not acting in good faith in accordance to the law and the duties of the office.

Finally: AI cannot do your job, but an AI salesman can 100% convince your boss to fire you and replace you with an AI that can't do your job, and when the bubble bursts, the money-hemorrhaging "foundation models" will be shut off and we'll lose the AI that can't do your job, and you will be long gone, retrained or retired or "discouraged" and out of the labor market, and no one will do your job.
AI is the asbestos we are shoveling into the walls of our society and our descendants will be digging it out for generations:

Went into Foxtail Coffee today to use my $140+ in-app gift cards to purchase a coffee. Found out the app had been updated and all attempts to get into it with my account failed. Website says I don't have an account any more. 2 friend confirmed either their accounts are also missing or cards gone.
