I mean you can always try skin firming lotions, it doesn't help as much as it does for people without EDS, but it still makes a bit of a difference.

Fat cells aren't smooth, they're lumpy.

I have EDS! The best way to tell is the texture - skin won't have much texture underneath. Fatty areas do.

It was okay! Soups at my work can be pretty hit or miss. It was definitely more of a bisque
