No, with a couple of exceptions in potentially life-threatening situations, all aircraft have equal access.

Private planes don't get priority. Everyone is treated equally. If there is a private plane in line to take off and your airliner is behind him, you have to wait. If your airliner was ahead of him, he would have to wait.
