Since we have so many microclimates there’s no real way to trust any forecast. We are up to 10cm so far with the snow still falling but a kilometre away may be 15 or 0.

I work from home so it’s fine by me and there’s a young chap who is building a lawn and snow business who I am quite happy to pay to shovel.

Depends a lot on what you want to sew. What do you want to sew? Our house has primarily antique singers because they sew great and are indestructible. But if you’re looking to do fancy embroidery patterns they’re not so great.

If I understand their logic correctly though the child of naturalized parents born in the US would be eligible as citizen by descent born in the US. And iirc First Nations folk wouldn’t count because they are also sovereign nations thus dual allegiance. But who knows?
