personally while it might be a baby steps solution to buy a filter for your water supply, but society as a whole should be making plastic-free/minimal plastic goods affordable and accessible to everyone if we truly care about the environment (which we don't)

i have sat thinking about this for a while cause i'm falling victim to the microplastic panic but like veritasium's pfas/microplastic video threw me off because like basically everything "contaminated" is a lot of affordable low cost goods
