The funniest part of this is i HAVE had this issue handled since this morning and the customer already told me they were totally fine with doing what was needed to get the issue resolved. This sales dude has just been barking at me all day because he made the mistake and doesnt want to admit it

He is now trying to go back on a much earlier email that management isnt copied on to ask if someone else is gonna fix the problem like 1) i see what youre doing and 2) ive had this shit handled since 8:30 this morning so idk what youre going on about honestly. LOL
