ok by your admission you failed this test yourself repeatedly until you became "poltical" and must also love trump since your indifference paved the way for him. I don't think that, cuz i think its the responsibility of the party to offer a vision to inspire people, but dems are too corrupt to do so

I sometimes find myself in these spirals with crazy people and its just no winning. i always think about how a higher % of bernie supporters voted for hillary than hillary supporters voted for obama. progressives did not lose dems the elections they've been doing that on their own quite well.

yeah you cannot escape economic theory if your goal is social justice, i truly have no idea wtf OP is talking about these things are bound together. I think they like the "we see you and we hear you" part more than the actual doing anything/improving anyone's material conditions. true VBNW dem brain
February 1, 2026 at 5:14 AM
social justice and economic theory are inextricably tied, so off the bat what are you talking about. and which platform of the "socialist party" are you trying to distance yourself from, specifically?
February 1, 2026 at 5:10 AM
i mean sure, but i was pushing back on the notion that the democratic party represents everyone, because that is just not correct at all.
January 29, 2026 at 12:44 AM
but also to that specific point, saying "doesnt matter kamala supported a genocide cuz all the cool kids were doing it" is a very weak argument. I just don't get the settling for less w/ the dems, be mad at them for doing a genocide AND running a terrible campaign! they didn't have to do that!
January 28, 2026 at 9:50 PM
yes if I'm understanding the point correctly. overall, I see far more people going out of their way to yell about people who didn't vote for Kamala than I see people spontaneously complaining about Kamala from the left these days cuz, as you're saying, she is irrelevant.
January 28, 2026 at 9:46 PM
yeah i forget but i recall some things changing since 1947, maybe even in the last few years, hmm what was it
January 28, 2026 at 8:37 PM
hahahahaha ok whats up with their current approval rating then? cuz seems the vast majority of people, including dems voters, do not think the party is representing them. wild take you have here
January 28, 2026 at 8:31 PM
haha ok well i guess we need to revisit this whole "right to bear arms" thing then
January 28, 2026 at 6:47 PM
haha yeah why do you love trump so much???? god these people are insufferable. what i don't get is look at the dems right NOW, worthless historically unpopular leadership despite how awful trump has been- are these two issues possibly related? is yelling at voters going to fix any of this?
January 28, 2026 at 3:02 PM
she could go to say, a South Dakotan prison
January 27, 2026 at 8:46 PM
It is absolutely vote shaming. and if you don’t want it to happen again demand better from the totally feckless supposed resistance party. this kinda crap is not going to change the minds of anyone who didn’t regret their decision. I voted dem and I blame the dem leaders for failing their one job.
January 25, 2026 at 1:31 PM
thank you for your efforts, I think bringing people together to put pressure on those who actually weird power is a far more effective tactic than trying to shame people who haven’t been inspired by the dem party. The dems haven’t been meeting the moment and that’s on them.
January 25, 2026 at 1:22 PM
everyone who sees the terror going on and wants to vote shame- do you see what the fuck the democrats are doing RIGHT NOW? what if you directed some anger at THAT instead of this useless drivel
January 24, 2026 at 8:57 PM
Hey one can hope but BLUNT and BOLD isn't really their forte; we‘d need to boot out all the dems beholden to corporate interests, but that’s a lot of dems and most of their leadership.
January 23, 2026 at 8:24 PM
that said i don't think you all have evil in your hearts or some shit. i just prefer to direct my anger at those who wield power whose job is to win elections, and when they fail, i think that's their failure. also the doing a genocide thing, i don't get how you all always kinda roll past that part.
January 22, 2026 at 11:26 PM
i think bullying/shaming can be effective when people are engaged in antisocial behavior that runs against social norms (like, yelling at nazis/ICE). 0 evidence for VOTE shaming being effective WITHIN the dem/prog block cuz kamala stans are not the majority view, and also theyre wrong on the merits
January 22, 2026 at 11:22 PM
well unfortunately i did vote for kamala and still think this whole resurgence of kamala vote shaming is unproductive, factually just wrong, and very stupid to be focusing on in the present moment. but ive been getting my good mornings!
January 22, 2026 at 6:27 PM
ya know, i'd argue a daily "good morning i'm mad at lefties cuz i stan politicians" is actually a significantly greater crashout, but really i think neither case reaches the level of "crashout." we were just calmly making jabs at idiots, a tactic i believe you support.
January 22, 2026 at 6:02 PM
well you see if we focus our anger at online leftists (who according to polling data were not the reason Kamala lost), Chuck Schumer will accrue the spiritual energy he needs to fill the empty space where his spine and brain should be, I think
January 22, 2026 at 1:43 PM
This is like me saying hey a new analysis says we can actually handle me taking giant shits on the floor if we just hire a cleaner every day.

January 21, 2026 at 3:50 PM
This is just bait at this point right?
January 21, 2026 at 3:42 PM
is this honestly regularly happening? the only people I see bringing up Kamala are people who are still stuck on her and want to yell at anyone who didn't vote for her. I don't see any lefties bringing up Kamala in this current moment, because she's totally irrelevant to the current moment?
