It's concerning watching any fantasy movie with a Harryhausen stop-motion monster because, on the one hand, the animation will be superb, but on the other, there is an 85% chance it will slowly and painfully die on camera

Speared through the chest with a bolt from a ballista, and having already toppled onto and crushed its villainous master, the dragon writhes in bloody death throes on the beach while Sinbad and his crew sail away.
