I started taking 5mg of creatine a couple months ago. And while my primary fitness is running/cycling, I do strength training a few times a week. My # of pullups has gone from 15 to 19 on the same level of training. so- shit works.

any real solution would need to get rid of the profit motive. which means getting rid of for-profit insurance companies. All those 'claims adjuster' people. All those medical group back office staffers that file claims. a lot of people need to lose their jobs- and the GOP ain't gonna do that.
