It’s a Korean thing - a little bit like a marmalade, almost. A thick jelly with honey and strips of the yuzu peel. You put a spoonful or two in water, hot or cold, and it is quite good on toast as well.

Bark’s been getting down on some hot cocoa made with oat milk. I have dairy milk but I have chocolate Ovaltine instead. That and yuzu honey tea are my favorite winter drinks.
