Unfortunately they are waiting for any excuse to escalate so peaceful, non-violent protest is best.

Putting paid to the lie that the ICE surge is meant to be keeping communities safer. They are creating the crime. They are increasing the risk of getting shot.

By his own admission, and that of his supporters, he's deeply immoral. That's what they love about him - the permission they believe he grants them to be equally unconcerned with morality and to indulge their prejudices and hatreds.

Good thing that ICE is keeping the nation safe from poets and mothers of three.

And anyway, there are many things wrong with that analogy.

"...to benefit the people of Venezuela and the US." We know where the $ will go - to massive, gilded ballrooms, marble encrusted auditoriums with his name bolted on, gladiatorial combat and other spectacles staged on WH grounds. Circuses for the rich, nothing for the common folk. Nero would blush.

It's bad enough that Trump continues to peddle these lies, desperately and obsessively, but as has been apparent for a long time, he suffers from a mental illness. What's worse, in a way, is the cravenness of those around him who know better but enable him anyway.
