Nice GUI, install things, some tweaks and preference hard to configure on windows + explains in the tooltips what every option means

These two fits well together imo and I used them 2days ago for a fresh install

While I'm here, here is my two favorite win debloat tools with their cmd line:

1. `& ([scriptblock]::Create((irm "https://debloat.raphi.re/")))`
Great to uninstall garbage apps (no auto update to remove if app is not here anymore :p) but is not ux friendly

I suppose you know it but in case, there are amazing tools to debloat win11 (which also might fix your time problem)

And this one had an option "Set time to UTC (dual boot)" which fixed the issue for me
