Candle in my window in Missouri (on the cat bed because they rule the household, you know). My town is a small blue dot in a red state. If we are targeted, I hope we respond with half the courage Minneapolis has shown. Sending strength and love to you all from several states away.

Definitely call! I live in a deeply red state and just made six calls to my two senators and my rep (one each to their DC and their local office). They will not care but they need to hear from us. We are their constituents too.

Not all of us. Some of us in Missouri would love to have better representation than Josh Hawley (and Eric Schmitt, who is even worse) but we are in the minority here.

My poor state. One senator who has both feet planted unwaveringly in Trump’s camp and the other who occasionally has a glimmer of humanity but quickly backpedals to save his own political career. Missourians deserve better.
