Instead of talking like Trump, maybe you can be more civil, more respectful when disagreeing with the minority leaders. They may or may not be the best people for their positions, but they're dealing with far more than most of us could handle.

In the last 25 years, two claims equal a little more than one year's premium. In other words, I pay in over 10x what I get back. To me, that means I'm ridiculously assessed as a risk, or we're all being taken to the cleaners.

Can the State Treasurer unilaterally decide or the Senate unilaterally vote to put House Republicans pay into an escrow account until they stop playing games?

Surely DTE can handle a 25% increase in demand. This morning my power was out for 1½ hrs. Looking at texts, previous outages this year: 10/18, 9/21, 9/5, 8/25... No worries, mate.

I'd like to see a road funding plan that tackles conservation (gas tax) while protecting those in the bottom two fifths from additional expense. I don't know a way to do it, but I can afford and would rather pay more gas & income tax to raise K-12 & roads funding than continue the neglect.

Wow! A rational, eloquent speech! I'm staying in the suburbs with real Democrats (pragmatists working for real change) next time. I barely tolerated 1½ hours of the nonsense in Clark Park.

Unfortunately, the US & Israel somehow elect unpopular clowns who kill. I'll never understand how either country elected them over fantastic opponents. (Yes I can already hear my absolutist friends on the left clamor about how awful Clinton, Harris, Biden, Livni, Lapid, etc. are, so save it.)

How often do we need to reinvent the wheel? Repeatedly, without exception for over a century, the evidence points to better outcomes if we have fluoride in our water.

What a clueless jerk. Even when confronted with the fact that he's been extraordinarily fortunate, he plays the victim card. And the absolute nonsense about Democrats (or even any other Republican) being as corrupt as Trump. The lack of empathy and the level of narcissism astound.
