If you talk to him, he'll complain how nobody buys his stuff, and tries to sell of a bunch of heavy animal parts and other trash to you. Probably the most memorable way to deal with people complaining

One guy didn't like the change so much that he complained a lengthy amount of time on the game's forum. To the point that the creator immortalized him by adding him to the central city as an npc that tries to peddle trash to merchants. He's of course overencumbered.

Reminds me of specific guy. In Underrail, a fallout'esq game about a post-apoc metro society, there is a system that dictates that merchants accept items that are relevant to them and in certain quiantites. They just won't accept any trash you try to peddle to them.

That ramp reminds me of that one place in my hometown, the ramp above is walkable. Tnx for the memories, even though the places are not related what-so-ever
