Using Peterborough transit for first time in years. Visited their website for the fare, saw it was $3 so grabbed a loonie and toonie. No tap (unlike GO TTC or other transit services) Thankfully the driver let me on, somewhat reluctantly. Obviously this is unacceptable.

Funny to find this looking at tributes after his passing. His son and my son were HS basketball teammates, and sitting beside him in the stands I tried to compliment him on something he said on HNIC "that wasn't me, it was Galley"
