After looking into this, out of 5 (some say 6) attempts to launch the RS-28 Sarmat since 2022, all but one has failed. That's at least an 80% failure rate. Assuming the principality of Muscovy has about 2,000 nukes, that would mean only 400 would survive a launch. How many would survive re-entry?
